Alongside my therapeutic and educational practice, I also offer Reiki sessions as a gentle, complementary form of support.
Reiki is an energy-based approach that can help restore emotional balance, ease stress, and create a sense of inner calm. It’s not a substitute for therapy, but many people find it deeply grounding—especially during times of transition, emotional overwhelm, or when words are not enough.
Sessions are available in person or at a distance, depending on your needs and circumstances.
What to Expect in a Reiki Session
Reiki sessions with me are quiet, nurturing spaces for reconnection. You don’t need to do anything—just lie down or sit comfortably and receive.

Each session begins with a short, guided meditation designed to gently relax your body and deepen your receptivity.

In-person sessions involve light, non-invasive touch (or no touch, if you prefer).

Distance sessions are just as effective. We agree on a time, and you relax in your own space while I guide the session from afar.

Afterward, you may feel lighter, more centered, or quietly renewed. Emotions or insights may gently emerge—that’s part of the healing process.
