I'm Andressa, a licensed psychologist (CRP-04/82177) with a degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Education. Since 2017, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals navigate personal challenges and cultivate lasting emotional well-being.

Over the years, I’ve supported people in overcoming anxiety, overthinking, and relationship difficulties, while guiding them toward greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. My approach blends psychological science with an educational perspective, offering practical tools to better understand and work with your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

In addition to my psychological and educational background, I am a certified Usui Reiki Master. This allows me to offer a holistic, integrative approach to well-being—combining therapeutic work with energy healing for those seeking a calming, restorative space to reconnect with themselves.
