I'm Andressa, I hold a degree in Psychology and a Master's in Education. Since 2017, I have been dedicated to helping individuals navigate personal challenges and achieve emotional well-being.
Through my work, I have supported people in overcoming struggles such as anxiety, overthinking, and relationship difficulties, while also helping them move toward their life goals.
I combine psychological science with an educational approach to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to empower you with greater self-awareness so you can make meaningful and lasting changes in your life.
